Inauguration of an exhibition of paintings by Indian students on José Martí at the National Library of Cuba.

Last Tuesday, January 24, the exhibition "Coronation of all good brotherhood", paintings made by Indian students in tribute to José Martí, was inaugurated at the National Library of Cuba. The event was attended by the Minister of Culture of Cuba, Alpidio Alonso; the director of the National Library, Omar Valiño; the Ambassador of India in Cuba, Sarvesvaran Janakiraman; and Ramit Singh, president of the jury of the International Prize "José Martí" of UNESCO and founder of the organization "Eight Goals One Foundation", and who had the initiative of this exhibition.

The exhibition includes 30 paintings, which are part of a contest held by the Embassy of Cuba in India in collaboration with "Eight Goals One Foundation", in commemoration of the 169th anniversary of the birth of our National Hero José Martí, and in which more than 700 students from different states of India participated. 

The exhibition is part of the program of the V International Conference For the Balance of the World With all and for the good of all, dialogue of civilizations, which is being held in Havana from January 24 to 28 and in which Ramit Singh is attending as a guest.
