This department belongs to the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry and its actions are conceived in the spirit of sustainable development understood in its social, economic and environmental aspects. Its priority is the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
During the meeting, the Cuban Ambassador offered relevant data on the economic and social situation in Cuba, highlighting the effects caused by the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed by the United States Government against Cuba and the unjust inclusion of Cuba in the List of Sponsors of Terrorism.
In addition, during the exchange, both parties reviewed the state of bilateral relations and exchanged views on existing cooperation possibilities, as well as issues of regional and international interest.
Cuba is a benchmark in terms of international cooperation, especially in the areas of health and education, mainly due to the quality of our professionals, who are characterized by a profound humanism.
