Baseterre, November 30, 2022- The Honorable Minister Samal Mojah Duggins in charge of the Agriculture, Marine Resources, Fisheries and Cooperatives, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Sports and Creative Economy portfolios, was received this morning on a working visit, by the Cuban Ambassador to Saint Kitts and Nevis, David Rivero Pérez, at the diplomatic headquarters.
The meeting, held in a cordial atmosphere, made it possible to review the good state of bilateral ties and address other aspects of common interest, which will allow the strengthening of ties directed towards new areas of work. Among them, cooperation and specialized assistance in key areas such as Agriculture, Sports and Culture stand out.
The meeting was also propitious to update the Minister on the situation in Cuba, particularly the impact of the blockade in the last period.
