SRI LANKA, November 9, 2017. - The Honorable Dr. Rajitha Senarathne, Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine of Sri Lanka, exchanged extensively with the Labiofam delegation that visits the island, integrated by Eng. Alejandro González Torres and Dr. Alfredo Vera Estrada.
The Minister showed great interest in the different products that Labiofam produces and commercializes, particularly those that allow the eradication of dengue and other diseases transmitted by the mosquito. Both parties expressed their interest in strengthening cooperation in this area.
Likewise, the Ambassador of Cuba, HE Juana Elena Ramos Rodríguez, also present at the meeting, handed the Honorable Minister a letter of invitation from the Cuban Minister of Public Health to participate in the International Convention of Public Health "CUBA-SALUD 2018", to be held from 23 to 27 April, 2018, in the Palace of Conventions, in Havana, whose central theme will be "Universal Health for the Sustainable Development".
