A new shipment of 186kg of medical supplies was delivered in the city of Montreal, destined to Medicuba, for the people who were injured during the fire at the supertanker base in Matanzas. This new shipment was made possible thanks to the continued support of friends in solidarity including: the Cuban Community in Canada (CCC), Table de Concertation de Solidarité Québec-Cuba, Ottawa Cuba Connections, Canada Cuba Care Connection - 4C and Not just tourists Ottawa.
This is the second shipment from Canada in 2022, to help the victims of the supertanker base fire in Matanzas, and it is valued at 7,294.42 Canadian dollars.
The people of Cuba and its institutions are grateful for the expressions of esteem and solidarity coming from Canada and other parts of the world.
