Nigerian representatives of the Movement of Solidarity with Cuba and the Trade Union Movement will participate in an act for the International Workers' Day.

Nigeria, April 22, 2022.- Representatives Nigerian of the Solidarity Movement with Cuba and Trade Union Movement who traveled to Cuba to participate in activities organized by the CTC to celebrate the upcoming May Day, the International Workers' Day, visited the headquarters of the Cuban embassy in Abuja to reaffirm your commitment to this important event.

They were received by the Cuban ambassador to this country, Clara M. Pulido Escandell, who addressed relevant elements of the event's plan of activities and highlighted the importance for the Cuban trade union Movement, in particular, and for the world in general, that brothers from all latitudes in Cuba to celebrate this important day.

At the meeting, comrades Abiodun Aremu, Coordinator of the Platform for Solidarity with Cuba and the Amilcar Cabral Ideological School - Movement, and Tolu Akinmayowa, a young member of the Trade Union Congress, highlighted the bonds of love and solidarity that unite them with the Cuban people.

The moment was propitious to air the consular details for the trip. Counselor Pavel Bauzá Fusté was also present at the meeting.
