The Prime Minister and First Vice-President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Hon.  Moses Veerasammy Nagamootoo, sent a letter of congratulations to His Excellency Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel Bermúdez on his election as President of the Council of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba.
