The staff of the Cuban Embassy in Riyadh joins "Cuba Vive" campaign

#CubaVive in Riyadh

Riyadh, November 14th - The small staff of the Cuban Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia joined “Cuba Vive” campaign, demonstrating its unrestricted support for the measures adopted on the Island to open up to the world and return to the new normality, after almost two years of quarantine due to Covid-19.

Likewise, the mission’s staff energetically rejected all the actions of the enemies of their homeland, which intend to hinder its security and stability, after conducting an arduous battle against this pandemic with the invaluable efforts of the health personnel and particularly scientists, who created our own vaccines to immunize the Cuban population and even of other countries in the world.

In this regard, the Embassy issued a statement condemning the recent subversive actions against Cuba stimulated by the United States government, which has received the support of members of the Cuban community in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.

For their part, Cuban health professionals who are working in Saudi Arabia under the bilateral collaboration agreement, also joined the demand for peace, tranquility and well-being made from Cuba and friendly countries, demanding respect for the laws that support the political and social system chosen by the Cuban people and rejecting the blockade of the United States government against our nation.
