Kingstown, November 25. On the 4th anniversary of the physical disappearance of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, a representation of Cuban collaborators paid well-deserved tribute to the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution.
In a moving ceremony held at the diplomatic headquarters, the heads of the Medical Brigade and the Builders Brigade working in this sister country, Dr. Nelson Díaz and Engineer Raúl Pérez, respectively, took the floor and highlighted the role played by Fidel in their fields of work and ratified their commitment to continue the work of the revolution.
In the conclusions of the event, the Cuban Ambassador, José M. Leyva Ventura, highlighted Fidel's legacy and its meaning for millions of people in our country and in the world, pointing out that... "his word continues to mobilize and to call for the struggle for a future of justice and equality. The Commander in Chief continues to be with us, accompanying us with his encouragement, with his teachings, showing us the way, with the certainty that we will never fail him".
