He also noted among the achievements under his accurate guidance the elimination of illiteracy, the guarantee of free education, the reduction of infant mortality at the lowest global levels and the transformation of the country into a medical power and scientific center.
Among the teachings of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Caballero Rodríguez also mentioned the principles of solidarity with other peoples.
On the other hand, he emphasized the need to resume the ideals of the Commander, and his concept of the Revolution, especially when the Latin American continent faces a new wave of the right, and the peoples struggle to 'reverse the unjust neoliberal order, neo-colonialism and foreign occupation'.
