Ulaanbaatar, November 22, 2017. Today’s morning the Colonel B. Tsogtbayar, Head of the Police Training Center, belonging to the National Police Agency of Mongolia, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Raúl Delgado Concepción, invited to visit the Police Museum, which is inside this national training center the officers and police of Mongolia. The Lieutenant Colonel was also present on the Mongol side Shagdar Tungalag, Senior Specialist, Directorate of International Relations of the National Police Agency.
The museum exhibits the uniforms used by the police in different countries with which Mongolia has diplomatic relations and among which is the one of our glorious National Revolutionary Police. After coordination with the Embassy of Cuba, the uniform of the Cuban PNR was expressly sent to be part of the collection that the museum treasures today.
The newly renovated Training Center has the necessary conditions to impart all the police specialties (laws, criminalistics, fights against drugs, human trafficking, counterterrorism, among others) necessary for the training of about ten thousand officers that make up this strength today in Mongolia. With capacity to accommodate about 100 officers the Center has a canine division that is responsible for the training and reproduction of dogs that are part of the fight against drugs, explosives, the search of people and other police activities.
