Vice Prime Minister and Chancellor of Namibia condemns the latest US measures against Cuba.

The Vice Prime Minister of Namibia and Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Netumbo Nandi- Ndaitwah, in her second meeting this year with the diplomatic corps, condemned the latest measures taken by the United States government against Cuba, which intensify the Economic, commercial and financial blockade.

Likewise, the senior Namibian leader reiterated her country's support for Venezuela and the causes of the Sahrawi and Palestinian peoples.

The meeting was also favourable for the Chancellor to offer her country's positions on other important issues on the international and regional agenda, such as climate change, the restructuring of the UN Security Council, regional integration, the  Agenda 2063 and the political situation in Zimbabwe.

Updates were also provided on the situation in the country and on the next SWAPO congress.
