The world against the US blockade on Cuba

Cuba expresses its highest gratitude to all UN Member States that endorsed the Resolution entitled “Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba”, approved by the 75 UNGA on June 23rd, 2021.

Particularly, a big thank to the Africab Member States that participated in the session, including the 13 countries who made statements during the debate of the said Resolution and the affirmative vote of the participants in the session are clear expressions of the African Union position opposing the sanctions on Cuba.
