Zimbabwean Permanent Secretary of Health receives the Cuban Chargé d' Affaires in Harare

The Chargé d' Affaires a.i. of Cuba in Harare, Yoisy Ford García, was received by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Jasper Chimedza, at the Ministry of Health and Child Care of Zimbabwe. The Zimbabwean representative thanked Cuba for its collaboration in the sector and highlighted the work carried out by Cuban doctors. He praised the development achieved by the island in health and the solidarity that it offers to the countries of the world despite the unfair US blockade. The Cuban diplomat appreciated the support and assistance of the Zimbabwean government to the Cuban medical collaboration. He expressed Cuba's willingness to continue diversifying cooperation in the sector.
