The Cuban soccer team arrived in Basseterre this morning, to face Antigua and Barbuda on Thursday the 9th, in a match corresponding to the group stage of the League of Nations of the North American, Central American and Caribbean Soccer Confederation (Concacaf).
REMARKS TO THE CUBAN CIVIL SOCIETY EXCLUDED FROM THE SUMMIT OF THE AMERICAS

Allow me to begin with words that were told more than one century ago:
“When a strong nation wants to fight a battle with another, it demands allegiance and service from those nations dependent upon it. The first thing a nation does to dominate another is to separate it from other nations.”

Statement by the Revolutionary Government
As a result of searching new business opportunities between Saint Kitts and Nevis and Cuba, a working meeting took place this Friday afternoon between the Executive Director of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of this Federation, Kevin Hope and the Cuban Ambassador, David Rivero Pérez.
Today, the government of the United States announced several measures, which are positive but of a very limited scope, regarding Cuba associated to the granting of visas, regular migration, flights to Cuban provinces, remittances and adjustments to the regulations governing transactions with the non-state sector.
