Speech by Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, at the 5th CELAC Summit, in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, on January 25, 2017, “Year 59 of the Revolution.”
This event will provide all facilities for the exchange of knowledge, the dissemination of current information and technologies`promotion and products associated with the management and use of water. It will be the appropriate scenario for the widest technical exchange between executives and specialists in this sector, as well as to begin negotiations with cuban importing companies.
Representatives of member states began drafting a political declaration, several special declarations and a plan of action prior to the 5th Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
Ars Longa, the Cuba´s Musical Group, was welcomed in Austria during their performance at Konzerthaus Theater.
During its participation in the Resonanze Festival of Ancient Music, the Cuban group captured the hearts of the audience that openly showed their enthusiasm for the colorful and harmonious presentation, stated by an statement from the Cuban Embassy to Austria .
The Cuban group Musica Antigua Ars Longa will perform on January 23rd at the Concert Hall in Vienna, Austria, during the Resonanzen Festival, said its choral director Teresa Paz.
The group, founded in 1994 to work with music from Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Baroque, with similar instruments, costumes and other features of those times, will premiere its work 'Carnaval.'
