This morning Anette Chao García presented the Ghanaian Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Honorable Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong, with a copy of her letters of credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana.
The ambassador appointed by the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao García, was received by H.E. Mr. Enrique Escorza Zamudio, Ambassador of the United Mexican States in the African country.
With that joy of belonging to an island where culture is felt everywhere, members of the Cuban state mission gathered at the Embassy's headquarters in Accra to celebrate the National Culture Day.

Accra, 2 October- Members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in Ghana visited the Cuban Embassy in Accra, the Ghanaian capital, to meet with Ambassador Anette Chao Garcia and other members of the state mission in the African country.
The meeting was an opportunity to update those present on the latest developments in the largest of the Antilles and to talk about the effects that the blockade imposed on Cuba by the United States of America has caused to the island.
