The Socialist Forum of Ghana (SFG), through a letter signed by its General Secretary, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, congratulated Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez for his election as First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).
The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on occasion of the 64th Anniversary of the country's Independence.
In the message, the Cuban President also reiterated his willingness to strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation existing between the two peoples and governments.
The Ambassador of Cuba to Ghana, Pedro Luis Despaigne González participated in the virtual working meeting called by the International Relations Directorate of the Cuban Ministry of Culture (MINCULT), aimed at specifying the mechanisms and actions that promote and encourage cultural exchange between both countries.

The meeting was conducive to analyzing and updating various issues on the bilateral agenda, which affect the good state of relations between the two countries.
