Cuba on The Day of Shame, in Accra.

Accra, 24 February 2024 - For many years, on 24th February, the Socialist Movement of Ghana organises in Accra the Event "Day of Shame", where they invite intellectuals from different places to denounce, from a leftist vision, necessary to evaluate the historical facts that will allow us to predict the future of the African nations and the rest of the South, the overthrow of the government of Kwame Nkrumah.

 

The African Union reiterates its condemnation of the blockade against Cuba and demands the removal of Cuba from the unilateral list of countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism.

Accra, Ghana, 19 de febrero de 2023:- For the fifteenth consecutive time, the 37th Assembly of the African Union, composed of African Heads of State and Government, adopted a resolution condemning the continued illegal economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed on the Republic of Cuba by the United States of America. On this occasion, the African Union is also calling for the removal of Cuba from the unilateral list of countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism.

Cuba bids farewell to President of the Republic of Namibia at Memorial in Accra.

Accra, 17 February 2024. - The High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia, H.E. Ms. Selma Ashipala-Musavyi, invited Cuba to speak at the Memorial to honour the late President of the Republic of Namibia, H.E. Mr. Hage Gottfried Geingob. It is for that reason that H.E. Ms. Anette Chao García, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana addressed the Accra International Conference Centre.
