Once again, the European Parliament has fulfilled the sad role of hostage to a small group of MEPs of the far right, obsessed with destroying the Cuban revolution, who have known links to Miami-based organizations funded by Washington.
We have learned to our disgust that a small group of MEP’s servile toWashington have placed an item on the agenda of the next plenary session of the European Parliament (8 June) regarding the “Political Situation and Human Rights in Cuba”.
HE Oscar León González, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the State of Qatar, paid a courtesy call to HE Álvaro Mariano Segura Ávila, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the State of Qatar. The meeting took place in a friendly environment, and both representatives discussed issues of mutual interest.
