The Mail-Art call is launched to support the Henry Reeve Brigades' nomination for Nobel Peace Prize
Ottawa, January 6, 2021.- The Canadian Nobel Peace Project launched the call for Mail- Art in support of the nomination of the Henry Reeve Brigades for the Nobel Peace Prize 2021, for the commendable work done by Cuban doctors in confronting the COVID-19 pandemic in many countries and on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its creation.
The Nobel Peace Project was founded in 1998 in Nobel, Ontario, by artists Susan Gold and AG Smith and is an international Mail-Art initiative.
Mail-Art is a popular art movement, consisting of sending small-scale works through the postal service, which began in the 1960s and became a global movement that endures in the present time.
