Cuban Ambassador to Canada paid a visit to the Mayor of Fort Saskatchewan

As part of the visit of the Cuban Ambassador to Canada, Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz, to the city of Fort Saskatchewan, he visited the Mayor's Office of this city.

71st Anniversary of the Assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks Celebrated in Toronto

The Cuban-Canadian Friendship Association, the Latin American and Caribbean Solidarity Network (LACSN) and the Juan Gualberto Gómez Association of Cubans Residing in Canada celebrated the 71st Anniversary of the Assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks. The activity was attended by members of the Consulate General of Cuba in Toronto, members of various Cuba solidarity groups.

July 26th celebrated in the city of Montreal

The Consulate General of Cuba in Montreal celebrated the 71st anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks. Solidarity friends and Cubans living in Montreal joined together to commemorate the historic date.

The occasion contributed to condemn the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the U.S. on Cuba, a claim that was also synchronized with the worldwide development of the Bridges of Love caravans.

The Consulate General of Cuba in Toronto participates in an activity for July 26th.

The solidarity association "Toronto Forum on Cuba" celebrated the 71st Anniversary of the Assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks. The activity was attended by members of the Consulate General of Cuba in Toronto, members of the Palestinian Youth Movement and groups in solidarity with Cuba and Palestine.

The activity included artistic presentations in support of the Cuban Revolution and the Palestinian people. The performance of saxophonist, musician and composer Wally Brooker was a highlight.
