Cuba conveys condolences to the people and government of Australia

Havana, January 7 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez conveyed his condolences to the people and government of Australia where forest fires have killed more than 20 people and caused severe damage to wildlife and infrastructure.

"Heartfelt condolences to the people and government of for the loss of human lives, wildlife and material damages caused by forest fires in that country, which I make extensive to the victims and their relatives," he wrote on Twitter.

Cuban Culture Day is celebrated in Australia with the presentation of the film “A Translator”

Canberra, October 28, 2019.- As part of the celebrations of the Cuban Culture Day and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Australia, the Cuban Embassy in cooperation with the Australian National University Film Group presented the film "A Translator" of the filmmakers Sebastián and Rodrigo Barriuso.
