Monrovia, December 2, 2023 - Cuban Chief of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera had an excellent exchange with one of the leading women in Liberia, Yvette Chesson-Wureh, who is a Member of the Association of Women Lawyers of Liberia, Initiator of the establishment of the Women's Situation Room, Coordinator of the Angie Brooks International Center for Women's Empowerment, Leadership Development, and Co-Chair of ECOWAS International Peace and Security.

Cuban Head of Mission received by Minister of Youth and Sports of Liberia.

Monrovia, November 17, 2023 - In order to continue strengthening bilateral relations, the Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera held a meeting with the Minister of Youth and Sports Dester Zeogar Wilson.

In a fraternal atmosphere, both valued the possibility of work projections in order to strengthen the ties between Cuba and Liberia and the existing potentialities in terms of cooperation in the Sports sector.

Cuban Head of Mission exchanges with vice-president of the University of Liberia.

Monrovia, November 7, 2023 - In order to evaluate possibilities of cooperation in the education sector, the Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera held an exchange with the prestigious professor Weade Kobbah Boley, vice-president of the University of Liberia, in charge of Institutional Development and Investments in the state center.

The exchange took place in a cordial and fraternal atmosphere where fresh work projections were fulfilled in order to strengthen bilateral relations.
