THE AMBASSADOR OF CUBA VISITS THE MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS

The Cuban Ambassador in Monrovia, Dr. Indira López Argüelles, visited the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, invited by its Minister a.i. J. Bryant McGill.

 

The Honorable Mr. Mcgill in charge of Sports Development issues, explained the projects planned by Liberia to promote athletes, the

importance of sports practice to control juvenile delinquency and the multiple necessities that Monrovia requires in the area of facilities, installment capacities and technicians.

On 8th February at the Memorial Centennial, representatives of the people of Liberia were called for the national launching of the Liberian Campaign for the Non-Permanent site at the United Nations Security Council.

Government, civil society, trade unions, judges and congressmen introduce to the diplomatic and consular Corp their objectives and purposes for this determination.
