Meeting with Assistant to the Minister of Education

Abuja, January 18th, 2024.- Miriam Morales Palmero, Ambassador of Cuba in Nigeria held a working meeting with Mrs. Mary Oludon, Assistant to the Ministry of Education of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

During the meeting, topics of bilateral interest regarding the training of students from both countries and future exchanges at international events.

Meeting with Director of the Second United Nations Division of the MFA

Abuja, January 18th, 2024.- The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba Miriam Morales Palmero held a meeting with Ambassador Noamey Chika Nwachukwu, Director of the Second Division for the United Nations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The moment was favorable to address issues of interest at the multilateral level and continue strengthening relations between both countries.

Award of Friendship Medal to Nigerian Labor Congress (NLC)

January 17, 2024.- The ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Nigeria, Miriam Morales Palmero, presented the Friendship Medal, this afternoon, to the President of the Nigerian Labor Congress (NLC), Comrade Joe Ajaero as the main representative of the union organization and its members.
