Ambassador of Cuba meets with Director General of Multilateral Policy and Human Rights of the Australian Foreign Ministry

Canberra, 19 June, 2023. The Cuban Ambassador in Australia held a meeting with the Ambassador Natasha Smith, Director General of Multilateral Policy and Human Rights of the Australian Foreign Ministry.

The meeting was attended by other members of the multilateral policy team, as well asRosemary Morris-Castico,  Director for the European Union and Latin America Division  of the Australian Foreign Ministry.

From Australia to Cuba with love" campaign underway, for more

Canberra, 18 June, 2023. The campaign "From Australia to Cuba with love", continues in the Australian territory. Its participants exchange with members of the Australian society about the Cuban reality and the impact of the U.S. blockade.

So far, the participants have traveled a total of 3904 kilometers of the Australian continent and have carried out 208 activities to denounce the blockade.  

The campaign also aims to raise funds to donate to Cuban pediatric hospitals.

Cuban Ambassador meets with members of the Central Committee of the Australian Communist Party

Canberra, 17 June, 2023. The Cuban Ambassador in Canberra held a meeting with members of the Central Committee of the Australian Communist Party.

At the meeting, the representatives of that organization expressed their unrestricted support to the Cuban people and government and their unequivocal rejection and condemnation of the Economic, Commercial and Financial Blockade imposed by the Government of the United States against Cuba.
