On the occasion of the 170th anniversary of the birth of Cuba's apostle José Martí Pérez, the Cuban mission in Austria, representatives of the diplomatic corps and members of the Austria-Cuba Friendship Association "ÖKG" gathered in front of his bust, located in the Plaza de los Próceres Latinoamericanos of the Donaupark, in Vienna.

Since November 15th, 2021, the Cuban government has opened the country's borders to international travellers and the airports are operating normally. Upon arrival in the country, visitors must present the complete vaccination certificate and show a negative RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2, carried out a maximum of 72 hours before the trip.
