Resumption of in-person consular services by prior appointment at the General Consulate of Cuba in Toronto

Toronto, July 28, 2020.- In view of the evolution of the epidemiological situation by COVID19 in the province of Ontario and the adoption of measures by the provincial government to resume a group of activities, the General Consulate of Cuba in Toronto informs that, starting Tuesday, August 4, in-person consular procedures will be gradually resumed, by the prior appointment of those interested.

Ottawa, June 29, 2020 - The Cuban Embassy informs that, in view of the evolution of the epidemiological situation by COVID19 in the province of Ontario and the adoption of measures by the provincial government to resume a group of activities, starting Tuesday, July 7, consular procedures will be gradually resumed in our Consular Office in Ottawa, by the appointment of those interested.

Montreal, June 27, 2020.- The Consulate General of Cuba in Montreal informs that, in view of the evolution of the epidemiological situation due to #COVID19 in the province of Quebec and the adoption of measures by the provincial government to resume a group of activities, starting Tuesday, July 7, consular procedures will be gradually resumed in our office, by the appointment of those interested.

The positive role of Cuba in the fight against COVID- 19 is highlighted from Canada.

Ottawa, June 25, 2020 - The Canadian Network on Cuba  (CNC) and the National Network on Cuba in the United States (NNOC) organized on the evening of June 24th the webinar ̎ Cuba contains the COVID-19! Saving lives at home and around the world. How we share their experience? 

Chaired by Isaac Saney, co-chair and national spokesperson of the CNC, the seminar was attended by Niki Ashton, Member of Parliament for the New Democratic Party of Canada; Sandy Pappas, State Senator from Minnesota; Dr. Abraham Vela, young American graduate from the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM); and Dr. Andy Coates, Assistant Professor of Medicine and Psychiatry at Albany Medical College, New York.
