The Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph E. Gonsalves and his wife Eloisa Gonsalves, attended the emotional political-cultural meeting held at the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to pay tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro in the first year of his physical disappearance.
In the framework of the political-cultural gathering, organized by the Cuban Mission in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, to pay tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro on the first anniversary of his physical disappearance, the Ambassador, Vilma Reyes Valdespino delivered the diplomas of recognition of two of the participants in the "Dear Fidel" Contest, convened in September by the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba and the Association of Cubans residing in that country.
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Director-General of MONTSAME B.Ganchimeg met Raul Delgado Concepcion, Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia on November 23.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador Concepcion emphasized the important role of MONTSAME in promoting Mongolia saying the agency is "a window to Mongolia for the international community". He expressed Cuba's interest in exchanging information with Mongolia through bilateral cooperation between the Cuban state news agency Prensa Latina and MONTSAME.

Tsogtbayar, Head of the Police Training Center, belonging to the National Police Agency of Mongolia, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Raúl Delgado Concepción, invited to visit the Police Museum, which is inside this national training center the officers and police of Mongolia. The Lieutenant Colonel was also present on the Mongol side Shagdar Tungalag, Senior Specialist, Directorate of International Relations of the National Police Agency.
The Cuban Ambassador Vilma Reyes Valdespino was received in audience by the President of the Parliament of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Honorable Jomo Sanga Thomas, at the headquarters of the Vincentian Assembly.
Jomo Thomas expressed his satisfaction at the overwhelming victory of the Cuban Resolution against the Blockade, presented at the General Assembly of the United Nations organization on November 1.
