Ambassador of Lebanon in Liberia visits Cuban Embassy.

Monrovia, June 29, 2022 - This afternoon, the Cuban Embassy in Monrovia received at its headquarters the visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon in Liberia Henri Kastoun, who had a friendly exchange with the Chief of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera.

Cuba and Lebanon established diplomatic relations on June 15, 1960 and were elevated to the level of Embassy on April 19 a year later; at present both countries ratify their will to continue developing the historical ties of friendship and cooperation.

Namibia, June 22, 2022.- Ambassador Sabine Böhlke-Möller, general director of Bilateral Affairs of the Namibian Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, received Aldo Luis Fuentes Acosta, second secretary of the Embassy of Cuba in Namibia, and counsellor Rodolfo Ricardo Guzmán, who will assume the functions of Fuentes in the Diplomatic Mission.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs visits Cuban Embassy in Liberia.

Monrovia, June 9, 2022 - In the morning hours, the Cuban Embassy received the welcome visit of the Deputy Minister for International Cooperation and Economic Integration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia, Honorable Abraham Korvah.

The Liberian diplomat was received by the Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez with whom he held a productive meeting where issues of interest to both nations were discussed.

Havana, June 6th, 2022.- The US Government, abusing its privilege of being the host country, decided at a very early stage to exclude Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua from the 9th Summit of the Americas to be held in the city of Los Angeles this month of June.  It has refused to attend to the just claims of many governments to change that discriminatory and unacceptable stand.
