Addis Abeba, May 20, 2024.- On May 15, 2024, the U.S. Secretary of State submitted to Congress a list of four countries that allegedly "do not fully cooperate with U.S. counterterrorism efforts in calendar year 2023." Unlike in recent years, there is no mention of Cuba this time.

According to U.S. official media reports, on 15 May 2024, the country’s State Secretary submitted to the Congress one more of the arbitrary reports that normally describe countries without any international mandate or recorgnition.
