Visit of Students of the LSA Custodian Association, Leiden University.

The Hague, April 03, 2025. Students of the LSA Custodial Association of Leiden University visited the headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands.

During the visit, a group of approximately 10 students received a lecture on the Republic of Cuba. Some of the topics discussed were our culture, our reality, the achievements in the field of science and education and the constant confrontation to the economic, commercial and financial blockade.

The Cuban Ambassador to the Netherlands meets with the permanent representative of Nicaragua to the international organizations based in The Hague.

The Hague, April 2, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, was received by Ambassador Carlos José Argüello Gómez, Permanent Representative of Nicaragua to the international organizations based in this European country.

In an atmosphere marked by the fraternity that unites their respective peoples and governments, both diplomats agreed on the willingness to exchange on issues of common interest during the performance of their missions.

Luxembourg, March 20, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Eva Yelina Silva Walker presented to the Lieutenant Representative of HRH the Grand Duke, Crown Prince Guillaume, the credentials accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Submission the Copies of Style to the Head of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Luxembourg, March 19, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Eva Yelina Silva Walker presented the Copies of Style to the Head of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Monsieur Olivier Baldauff.

The protocol ceremony was the opportune space to convey to the Luxembourg authorities the willingness to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with the European nation and continue deepening bilateral relations between the two governments.

Meeting with KPL

Luxembourg, March 18, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Eva Yelina Silva Walker visited the headquarters of the Communist Party of Luxembourg (KPL) and held a meeting with its chairman, Ali Rucker.

Cuban Ambassador meets with Director of the Western Hemisphere Department of the Dutch Foreign Ministry

The Hague, March 17, 2025. The Cuban ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, was received by the director of the Western Hemisphere Department, Marjan Kamstra, at the Dutch Foreign Ministry.

During the meeting, the two reviewed bilateral relations between Cuba and the Kingdom of the Netherlands and discussed topics of common interest such as climate change, sustainable development, the importance of multilateralism, and the defense of international law.

Students from the Medical Faculty of Leiden University visited the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands

The Hague, December 3, 2024. On the occasion of celebrating Latin American Medicine Day, students from the Medical Faculty of Leiden University visited the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands to present the results of their research on Cuba.

The students, belonging to an elective course on the Cuban Health System, visited Cuba in October to exchange with Cuban health professionals and patients about their research topics.

Exchange with Cuban delegation visiting the Netherlands

The Hague, October 31, 2024. Representatives of the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands exchanged with the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and ALIMPORT that are carrying out a working visit to this country.

Their stay in the Netherlands will include meetings with various institutions in the Dutch Food-agricultural sector, to exchange experiences and good practices in this important area.
