The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla who is in Austria executing a working visit, will hold a Press Conference in Vienna on Monday 19 June 2017 at 16:00 hours Austria(10:00 hours Havana)

The Cuban Foreign Minister will address prime and updated topics on Cuban foreign policy.

The press appearance of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba will be live broadcast on Cuban television and radio media. Likewise, on the Internet it will be available by streaming from www.minrex.gob.cu YouTube channel.

On June 16th, 2017, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in a speech full of hostile rhetoric given at a theater in Miami, which reminded the times of open confrontation with our country, announced the policy of his government towards Cuba which reverts the progress achieved in the past two years, after that on December 17th, 2014 the presidents Raúl Castro Ruz and Barack Obama made public the decision to reestablish diplomatic relations and start a process towards the normalization of bilateral ties.

Statement by the Revolutionary Government of Cuba

On June 16, 2017, US President Donald Trump delivered a speech full of hostile anti-Cuban rhetoric reminiscent of the times of open confrontation with our country in a Miami theater. He announced his government’s Cuba policy, which rolls back the progress achieved over the last two years since December 17, 2014, when Presidents Raúl Castro and Barack Obama announced the decision to re-establish diplomatic relations and engage in a process towards the normalization of bilateral relations.

Cuban Embassy holds event with current and former chiefs of staff of the US House of Representatives

The Embassy of Cuba in the United States hosted on June 9th, an event organized by the US organizations of former and current chiefs of staff of the US House of Representatives, two bipartisan not-for profit organizations intended to promote the professional development and to create opportunities for the establishment of relations among their members.
