The ambassador of Cuba in Dominica, Ulises Arranz Fernandez, met yesterday afternoon, March 11, 2019, with Frankie Swanston, who is part of the Executive of the "Solidarity Association. with Cuba in Dominica". This is one of the two existing associations in the caribbean country that is made up of people who express their solidarity from their experiences at the time they studied in Cuba.

The meeting took place at the Embassy of Cuba, in the morning of yesterday, March 11, 2019. McKenzie is graduate in Cuba in 1987, at the ISPJAE, in the Architecture career.

The Revolutionary Government strongly condemns the sabotage perpetrated against the power supply system in Venezuela, which is a terrorist action intended to harm the defenseless population of an entire nation and turn it into a hostage of the non-conventional war launched by the government of the United States against the legitimate government headed by comrade Nicolás Maduro Moros and the civic and military union of the Bolivarian and Chavista people. THE AMBASSADOR OF CUBA MEETS IN DOMINICA WITH MINISTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH
Roseau, March 6, 2019. The Ambassador of Cuba in Dominica, Ulises Arranz Fernández, held a working meeting with the Minister of Public Health and Social Services of Dominica, Dr. Kenneth Darroux, today. The meeting was held at the headquarters of that Ministry and also had the presence of the Permanent Secretary, Letitia Lestrade-Wyke and Dr. David Johnson, Medical Chief, both senior officials of that Ministry. Both the Minister Dr. Kenneth and Dr. David graduated in Cuba in the medical career, for which they feel a special affection for our country.
CUBA STRONGLY REJECTS NEW AGGRESSIVE ESCALATION BY THE UNITED STATES
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejects in the strongest terms the new escalation in the US aggressive behavior against Cuba.
The US State Department announced today the decision to allow, as from March 19 this year, the filing of lawsuits before US courts under Title III of the Helms-Burton Act only against Cuban companies included in the List of Restricted Entities issued by that government on November of 2017, which was updated one year later. This arbitrary and illegitimate list, intended to tighten the blockade and expand its extraterritorial effects, forbids US citizens from engaging in direct financial transactions with the aforementioned entities.
