Catholic Bishop of Helsinki is received at the Cuban Embassy
On the afternoon of this Friday, the Cuban Embassy in Finland had the pleasure of receiving the Bishop of the Diocese of Helsinki of the Catholic Church, HE Raimo Goyarrola. Paulo FG, one of the most important influences in Cuban popular music in recent decades, has died. Paulo Fernández Gallo died on Saturday in a car accident on the Malecón in Havana. Finland played its own role in Paulito FG's career. In 1989 he collaborated with Opus 13 led by Joaquín Betancourt and recorded an album containing mainly his own songs. This project marked Paulito's international debut, which began with performances at the winter carnival in Helsinki and took the artist on his first tours to Mexico.

The Embassy of Cuba in Finland accompanied the posthumous service in memory of the former President Sam Nujoma, Founding President and Father of Namibia, organized by the Embassy of Namibia in Helsinki with the support of the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission church Suomen Lähetysseura. Grulac distinguished Cuba for its work in Finland

Cuba congratulates Estonia on the occasion of its National Holiday
