Cuban foreign minister condemns all expressions of racism
Havana, Jun 17, 2020.- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez condemned on Wednesday all expressions of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia.
Upon stating that the Caribbean nation joins the debates of the 43rd session of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC), the head of Cuban diplomacy called to fight against human rights violations because of skin color and ethnic origin.
Cuban medical brigades and their solidarity work in Africa and the world.

An important event was held organized by the publishing house Diethness Vima (International Forum) where the book Red Zone: Cuba and the Battle against Ebola in West Africa, published in Spanish and English by Pathfinder Press, was presented in the Serafio complex of the municipality of Athens. At the event the floor was taken by the Ambassador of Cuba Zelmys Maria Dominguez Cortina; Nikos Karandreas, honorary professor of medicine at the University of Athens; Sofia Roupaka, biologist and teacher; Shafiq Ahmed, physician and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Pakistan; as well as George Mehrabian who presented the event on behalf of the publisher.
