The Association of Cuban Residents in Guyana, rejects the intrusion of terrorist elements in the Civil Society Forum of the VIII Summit of the Americas, those who present themselves as paladins of freedom, are capable of being photographed with Luis Posada Carriles, an internationally recognized terrorist who was the author, with others of the same ilk, of the explosion of a Cuban airplane where 73 people lost their lives, among them young Cuban sportsmen and Guyanese citizens.
