Presided by Niall Burgess, Secretary General of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Ana Teresita Gonzalez Fraga, Cuban vice Minister of foreign affairs, a session of bilateral talks was held in the afternoon of todayin an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, which characterizes relations between Ireland and Cuba.
