Nairobi, August 2, 2023- The Chargé d'affairs a.i of the Embassy of Cuba in Nairobi, III Secretary Edisleydi Curbelo Garcia, received Onesmus Mwangale Masinde and Nicholas Mathu Ngwaro, director and technical manager of Watra Africa, respectively, who will lead a delegation of Kenyan businessmen that will be visiting Cuba soon, to explore business opportunities in sectors of mutual interest.

Nairobi, July 29, 2023- The Chargé d'affairs a.i of the Cuban Embassy in Nairobi, Edisleydi Curbelo Garcia, attended the inaugural Cabinet Secretary Champion's Reception to celebrate and reward the widest spectrum of Kenya's leading sporting and creative talents. This space brought together 1000 sportsmen and women, as well as creatives, including Kenya's most decorated living leyends.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly rejects the arrival of a nuclear-powered submarine in the Guantanamo Bay on July 5, 2023, that stayed until July 8 at the US military base located there, which is a provocative escalation of the United States, whose political or strategic motives are not known.
