The Embassy of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands visits University of Groningen

The Hague, March 28, 2019. Ambassador Soraya Álvarez held fruitful exchanges with the President of the Board of Directors of this important Dutch university, and with international relations officials and professors from the Faculties of Art, Culture and Teleology and Religious Studies. The visit included a tour of two faculties in the university and presentations by professors and directors of the institution, about the characteristics of the undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Socialist MP visits the Embassy of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The Hague, February 25, 2019. Third Secretary of the Cuban Mission in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Katia Aruca Chaple, received in the morning of Thuresday February 21st  Bas van der Voort, a member of the Socialist Party and (SP) who resides in the municipality of Oos.

During the positive meeting, a number of current issues were discussed, as well  the broad possibilities for coordinating a new visit  Bas to Cuba.

Ambassador of Cuba Stresses Important Role of the Common Fund for Commodities during Intervention in the 30th Meeting of the Board of Governors

The Hague, December 12, 2018. The Ambassador of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, S.E. Ms. Soraya Alvarez Núñez, during her speech at the 30th meeting of the Board of Governors of the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC), reiterated Cuba's support for the work of the Fund and highlighted the importance and relevance of the work carried out by that organization in the effective implementation of projects of interest and usefulness for developing countries, especially in the regions of Africa, Asia and Latin America.
