Declaration by Cuba’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the recognition by the United States of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba expresses its deepest concern at and utter rejection of the US president's unilateral declaration of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, which constitutes a serious, flagrant breach of the UN Charter, of international law and of the relevant UN resolutions.
Nigeria in tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz
NIGERIA, November 29, 2017. In Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, tribute was paid to the Historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, on the occasion of the first anniversary of his physical disappearance.
The event was chaired by the Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Obonnaya Onu and the Ambassador of Cuba in Nigeria, Carlos Trejo Sosa. It was developed in the theater of the Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC) and was organized by the Cuban Mission in coordination with the Movement of Solidarity with our country with section in Abuja.
Consular Director of the Foreign Ministry receives the Ambassador of Cuba
NIGERIA, November 13, 2017. At the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director of the Consular Division received the Ambassador of Cuba, Carlos Trejo Sosa.
The meeting allowed to strengthen ties between both parties in the consular area and the dialogue flowed in a cordial, respectful manner, in correspondence with the state of relations between Cuba and Nigeria.
The Cuban diplomat reported on the requirements of the Cuban Embassy in the consular office, to improve the services offered to Nigerian citizens.
