New York, 8 December 2016. Cuba pointed out today, at the UN General Assembly plenary session to consider Agenda item “Strengthening of the coordination of humanitarian and disaster relief assistance of the United Nations, including special economic assistance”, that the UN Charter shall be respected, and its purposes and principles are not to be infringed or distorted, restricted or conditioned when offering humanitarian assistance.

Indonesia, December 8, 2016. A representation on Cuban tourism and culture was present at the Tourism Expo held this day at Jakarta State University.
The presentation was assembled by Indonesian students and was one of the most visited during the Expo for being one of the most attractive and the unique representation from Latin America. During the rector's visit to the booth, he acknowledged the good work done by the students and recalled the great relationship of friendship between Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz and the first President of the Republic of Indonesia, Sukarno.
Minister of water, energy and defense, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, signed the Book of Condolences on the death of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro on behalf of Pakistan's Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif. In the text of the message he emphasized "Fidel was the last one of the genuine revolutionaries, who defied to the imperialism in his cusp. It confronted the superpower at the height of the cold war, and created a model state of welfare across the waters of the largest symbol of capitalism." EMBACUBA PAKISTAN.
Ulaan Bator, December 8, 2016. Raúl Delgado Concepción, the new Cuban ambassador appointed in Mongolia, presented the Copies of the Credentials to the Hon. Ms. Batmunkh Battsetseg, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
In a cordial atmosphere, both sides reaffirmed the good state of bilateral ties and agreed on the mutual interest of strengthening bilateral relations, especially the ties of cooperation.
The Vice Minister wished success to Ambassador Raúl Delgado in fulfilling this new mission and offered the support of the Foreign Ministry to achieve this goal.
