The Cuban ambassador to the State of Qatar, Alain Pérez Torres, visited the Qatar State Science and Technology Park, in response to an invitation from the institution. During the visit, he toured the facilities and exchanged views with Dr. Jack Lau, President of the Qatar Technology Park.
During the meeting, both parties evaluated the existing opportunities for cooperation in the biotechnology and technology sectors. In addition, they agreed to maintain the exchange to establish the necessary mechanisms to strengthen ties in these sectors.
