Stockholm, July 21, 2023. The Chargé d'Affaires from the Embassy of Cuba in Sweden, Yohanna Cordero, visited the Summer Camp that the Communist Party (KP) has organized for 50 years.
During her speech, the Chargé d'Affaires updated those present on the situation in Cuba, the status of the process of updating the economic-social model of the island, as well as the gratitude of our people and government for the support provided all these years, by the solidarity friends of Sweden and the KP, to the Cuban Revolution.

The Third CELAC-EU Summit of Heads of State and Government will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on July 17 and 18.
The leaders from both regions will meet again after an 8-year hiatus, in the midst of a very complex international context.
The truth is that, over and above statements and declarations, bi-regional relations have hardly advanced and during the most recent period they have even regressed.
The Summit can be an opportunity to start changing that situation. But there are reasons for concern.
