Minister of Foreign Affairs greets Cuban health collaborators in Uganda.

Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla holds a meeting with Cuban health collaborators who work at the University of Mbarara in Uganda, an opportunity in which he highlighted the recognition of the Ugandan government and people for the historical results of Cuban cooperation in that educational institution.

President of the Republic of Uganda receives the Cuban Foreign Minister

His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda received the Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodriguez Parilla, who made an official visit to that African nation between June 25 and 28 of this year.

 They dedicated the friendly exchange to the enormous potential in bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the challenges that Cuba and Latin America face today.

Awich Pollar and Juan Carlos Marzan Aguilera, Director of External Services of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) and Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), respectively, chaired the virtual meeting held on June 8 between both ruling parties.

The meeting made it possible to share the challenges faced by both organizations, analyze the potential for bilateral work between the NRM and the PCC, as well as contribute to promoting bilateral cooperation between the two governments.
