Kigali. On August 10 and 11, Minister José Ángel Portal Miranda visited Cuban health collaborators working in the capital Kigali and in the town of Kabgayi, in Rwanda.
In both meetings, the Cuban health minister conveyed the recognition of the Rwandan authorities for the performance of the Cuban collaborators, and the commitment demonstrated, in just two months, to the efforts to strengthen health services in that African nation.
