This afternoon, the Association "Cubanos in UK" published on its website a communiqué addressed to our compatriots in Cuba, in support of the approval of the new Families Code, which -as it is known- will be submitted to a popular referendum tomorrow, Sunday, September 25.

"Communiqué to our compatriots in Cuba
Cuban scientist living in the United Kingdom highlights the scientific vocation of the Cuban Revolution and denounces the U.S. blockade against Cuba.
London, September 04, 2022- In the second part of the interview offered to "Theprisma", Cuban scientist Miriam Palacios, resident in the United Kingdom, highlighted the scientific vocation of the Cuban Revolution and denounced the U.S. blockade against Cuba.
STATEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Cuba counters human trafficking operations aimed for military recruitment purposes.
The Ministry of the Interior has detected and it is working to neutralize and dismantle a human trafficking network that operates from Russia in order to incorporate Cuban citizens living there and even some living in Cuba, into the military forces that participate in military operations in Ukraine. Attempts of this nature have been neutralized and criminal proceedings have been initiated against those involved in these activities.

London, 9 August 2022- On behalf of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Cuba in the UK send our deepest condolences to the Cuban people and especially those of the families of the deceased and injured in Matanzas following the incident at the tanker storage facility on Friday evening.
