In an atmosphere of cordiality, Cuban Ambassador Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios held a meeting with the Qatari Ambassador to Belgium, Khalid Fahad Al-Hajri. During the meeting, both parties ratified the friendship and cooperation ties that unite Cuba and Qatar.
