Members of the Henry Reeve Brigade conclude their visit to Denmark

Copenhagen, May 08. Members of the Henry Reeve Brigade concluded their working visit to the Kingdom of Denmark. Dr. Nilda Corria, and Nurse Maribel Chacón, completed a program that took them to nine cities, where they shared their experiences and Cuba's international solidarity in health matters with various sectors of Danish society.

The Cuban representatives presented the humanistic work of the Contingent of doctors specialized in disaster situations, and the achievements of medical health care in the Greater Antilles, despite the cruel blockade of the United States, in a fifteen-day tour organized and promoted by the Danish-Cuban Friendship Association, with all its members at the national level.

Before leaving, they offered statements to the Europe Channel for Cuba, where the Cuban Ambassador, Roger López García, in this Nordic nation, highlighted in an interview for that medium, the altruism of the medical collaboration of our country and the work of the solidarity movement in Denmark.
